Who is Filippa Hamilton? For those of you who don’t know, she’s the Ralph Lauren model who made headlines just weeks ago when an ad with her over-photoshopped body circulated around Asia. Even she was surprised to see herself portrayed so thin, saying, “I was shocked to see that super skinny girl with my face.”
Filippa has now been dismissed by Ralph Lauren because, “…they said I was overweight and I couldn’t fit in their clothes anymore”. When reached for comment, the company published a statement saying, “We consider her an important part of our imaging and branding. We regret that our relationship has ended as a result of her inability to meet the obligations under her contract with us.”
